REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR OUR 26TH ANNUAL SUMMER CAMPS!
This Nationally renowned camp is geared towards the development of catchers, both BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL, at all skill levels. Each year we host catchers from all over the world. In the past we’ve hosted catchers from all 50 states, Australia, Puerto Rico, Aruba, Switzerland, Finland, Germany, Panama, the Dominican Republic and Canada.
The camp covers every aspect of the catching position including stances, receiving, blocking, throwing (arm motion and mechanics on throws to the bases), all fielding skills and proper stretching and conditioning. From the most experienced backstop to the novice, each catcher will be held to a standard that parallels their own skill level, ensuring that every student gets exactly what they need out of each event.
TCC staff (We maintain a 6:1 or less student to instructor ratio at our Summer Camps!) will challenge each student in a variety of ways throughout the week to equip them with the tools necessary to continue their development even after they leave the camp.
We will once again be calling the newly-renovated Gill Stadium in Manchester, NH home for TCC’s 26th Annual TCC Summer Camps. This venue allows us the opportunity to offer so much to the catchers who attend, as well as giving us the ability to ensure the safety of our students and their attending families, while preserving the ability for parents to observe the camp.

Please note that the cost for TCC Summer Camp is for the four camp days and only covers the cost of the camp. Travel, accommodations and any other non-instructional expenditures are not covered by the registration fee.
All registrations are non-refundable, but you can add optional Purchase Protection at check-out which protects your registration should you run into any of the covered unforeseen circumstances

The “sessions” are separated by age as noted above.
TCC SUMMER CAMP 2027 CANCELLATION/TRANSFER POLICIES:
OPTIONAL PURCHASE PROTECTION:
All TCC Summer Camp registrations are non-refundable at the time of purchase.
However, optional Purchase Protection is available to eligible registrants at checkout for an additional fee.
Purchase Protection is administered by an independent third-party provider and may provide reimbursement when a qualifying unforeseen circumstance prevents attendance, subject to the provider’s eligibility requirements, terms, conditions, exclusions and documentation requirements (https://www.purchaseprotection.com/whats-covered).
PURCHASE PROTECTION MUST BE ADDED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AND CANNOT BE ADDED AFTER REGISTRATION IS COMPLETED.
The Catching Camp does not determine whether a Purchase Protection claim is approved or denied.
SUMMER CAMP TRANSFER POLICY
Athletes registered for the first TCC Summer Camp of the summer may transfer their registration to the second TCC Summer Camp of the same summer, subject to availability.
Transfers requested more than 60 days prior to the first day of the athlete’s originally scheduled camp are permitted at no additional charge.
Transfers requested 60 days or fewer prior to the first day of the athlete’s originally scheduled camp are subject to a $100 transfer fee.
The 60-day transfer period is based on the athlete’s originally registered camp date and does not reset if the registration is transferred.
All transfers are limited to the originally registered athlete and have no cash value.
SUMMER TEAM SCHEDULE EXCEPTION:
TCC recognizes that competitive baseball and softball players may have their summer schedules affected by postseason advancement or extended team competition that was not known at the time of registration.
If a registered athlete’s school, travel, club or sanctioned team’s summer postseason schedule directly conflicts with the athlete’s registered TCC Summer Camp dates, TCC may allow the registration to be transferred under the following terms:
WEEK 1 REGISTRANTS:
The registration may be transferred to Week 2 of the same summer, subject to availability.
If Week 2 is unavailable or also conflicts with the athlete’s qualifying team schedule, the eligible registration value may be applied toward the next designated TCC-operated Summer Camp.
WEEK 2 REGISTRANTS:
If the athlete’s qualifying summer postseason schedule prevents attendance at Week 2, the eligible registration value may be applied toward the next designated TCC-operated Summer Camp.
Any transfer or future credit requested 30 days or fewer prior to the originally scheduled camp is subject to the $100 transfer fee.
The Summer Team Schedule Exception applies only to conflicts resulting from an athlete’s team advancing into or continuing through postseason or advancement-based competition that was not known or guaranteed at the time of registration.
It does not apply to previously scheduled regular-season games or added tournaments, showcases, tryouts, practices, other camps or clinics, vacations, personal scheduling conflicts, team changes or events the registrant chooses to attend instead of TCC Summer Camp.
TCC may require documentation verifying the athlete’s team schedule and participation.
FUTURE CREDIT RESTRICTIONS:
Any future registration credit issued under this policy:
• May only be used by the originally registered athlete.
• Has no cash value and is non-refundable.
• May only be applied toward designated TCC-operated Summer Camps.
• May not be used toward hosted camps, partnered events, offseason road-trip camps or clinics, or any event where a host, facility or third party receives a portion of registration revenue.
• May not be applied toward private instruction, merchandise, digital products or other TCC services.
• Requires the registrant to pay any difference between the remaining credit value and the future camp registration price.
Completion of registration constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy and its terms.
