We maintain no greater than a 8:1 student to instructor ratio at ALL of our Road Trip Camps to ensure that every student who walks onto a field or into a facility with us knows they will be receiving personal 1-on-1 attention throughout the camp! All of the instructors at our camps have gone through an incredibly tenuous protocol learning not just what to teach, or how to demonstrate a skill, but how to TEACH it over many years in the program. The instructors at our camps are not simply great catchers, but they are great clinicians as well and we hold ourselves to the absolute highest standard when it comes to the camp experience for every student who attends.
Please note that until you have completed payment, your spot is not guaranteed. Also, catchers MUST register for the camp based on their age at the time of the event. No exceptions will be made. We teach the younger catchers the same advanced skills as the older. Any scheduling conflict resulting from registering for the incorrect age group will NOT result in a refund, nor will an exception be made.
TCC ROAD TRIP CAMP CANCELLATION | REGISTRATION TRANSFER POLICIES:
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
Regular rate registrations (non-partial payment) are 100% refundable up until 4 weeks prior to the camp start date until exactly 4 weeks before the camp start date. At which time, ONLY 40% of the fee is refundable. Any partial deposit registration fees paid, discounted registrations, or any cancellation within 3 weeks of the camp start date, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS (this includes, but is NOT LIMITED TO injuries suffered prior to, or during, an event).
By registering for this event you acknowledge the cancellation policy and agree to the terms stated above.
COVID-19: Please note that we may have strict Covid-19 related policies in place for all of our events. These policies may include a limitation of observers inside a facility or at an outdoor location, possible mandatory mask requirements, social distancing, and any other directive we feel necessary to keep our events safe. These policies will be NON-NEGOTIABLE and will be enforced aggressively. Failure to comply with the policies set for each event will result in you and your student’s removal from the event without a refund. Registration for this event is an acceptance of these terms.
